SKDC councillors, including Council Leader Cllr Kelham Cooke, Chairman Cllr Jacky Smith and Armed Forces Champion Cllr Dean Ward, joined Lieutenant Colonel Charles Haines, Commanding Officer of Prince William of Gloucester Barracks, at a flag-raising ceremony on St. Peter's Hill in Grantham to mark Armed Forces Day 2020.
