Cllr Graham Jeal is the leader of the Conservative Group on South Kesteven District Council and the leader of the South Kesteven Coalition. Graham was elected to Grantham St Vincents Ward on South Kesteven District Council in 2015 and was Mayor of Grantham in 2022.
Graham is an author and entrepreneur who moved to Lincolnshire from Shanghai where he created an investment company with offices in Shanghai, London, Dublin and Sydney. In the UK, Graham is a company director of several businesses in manufacturing, digital assets and consulting.
Graham served as Deputy Chair political of Grantham and Stamford Conservative Association before the boundary review and remains an officer of the Grantham and Bourne Conservative Association.
