Cllr Bob Adams passed away on the 15th November following a short period in hospital.
Cllr Adams had been District Councillor for Isaac Newton Ward since 2007 and County Councillor for Colsterworth Rural Division since 2013.
His contribution to local government and to the Grantham and Stamford Conservative Association is incalculable and he will be sorely missed.
