Alexander is Treasurer of Grantham & Bourne Conservative Association and County Councillor for Hough Division on Lincolnshire County Council.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant working as an Audit Manager at Streets Chartered Accountants in Lincoln. He has experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients, but with specialisms in the agricultural, education and not for profit and charitable sectors.
He has represented the Hough Division at Lincolnshire County Council since 2017 and is the youngest member of the Council. His biggest achievements in this time are securing funding for the Long Bennington flood alleviation scheme and the Great Gonerby puffin crossing projects. He also serves as the Executive Support Councillor for Fire & Rescue and Cultural Services at the County Council.
Alexander has lived locally all his life and lives with his wife, Rachael, in Long Bennington. He is passionate about his community, with trusteeships of two local charities in addition to his County Council work. In his spare time he enjoys fell-walking and outdoor adventures.
